研究目的:

本研究聚焦于双任务优先级策略,重点探究老年人在不同任务优先指令下执行认知-步行双任务时步态、运动学、动力学及协调特征的区别,揭示不同自然优先策略倾向的老年人步行时步态表现及神经调控机制的差异,并系统建立老年人任务优先策略与身体功能、跌倒风险之间的关联关系,最终构建基于任务优先策略的老年人跌倒风险预测模型。  

Objectives of Study:

This study focuses on dual-task prioritization strategies, specifically investigating the differences in gait, kinematics, kinetics, and coordination characteristics among older adults when performing cognitive-walking dual tasks under different task priority instructions. It aims to reveal distinctions in gait performance and neuromodulatory mechanisms during walking in older adults with different natural prioritization strategy tendencies. Furthermore, the study systematically establishes the relationship between task prioritization strategies and physical function as well as fall risk in older adults, ultimately constructing a task prioritization strategy-based prediction model for fall risk in this population.

纳入标准:

1. 研究一: (1)年龄符合纳入范围。年轻人:18-30周岁,年轻老年人:60-74周岁,高龄老年人:>=75周岁 (2)半年内无下肢损伤史,且没有其他影响步态的疾病 (3)理解测试流程和任务指令,老年人组:简易精神状态检查量表(Mini-mental State Examination,MMSE)分数>24分 (4)能在无辅助的情况下进行单独1min步行 2. 研究二、研究三:1.年龄>=60岁;2.半年内无下肢损伤史,且没有其他影响步态的疾病 ;3.理解测试流程和任务指令,简易精神状态检查量表(Mini-mental State Examination,MMSE)分数>24分;4.能在无辅助的情况下进行单独1min步行

Inclusion criteria

Part1:1.Age within the specified range: young adults: 18-30 years; young-old adults: 60-74 years; old-old adults: >=75 years;2. No history of lower limb injuries in the past six months and absence of any other conditions affecting gait;3.Ability to comprehend the testing procedures and task instructions. For the older adult group: Mini-mental State Examination (MMSE) score >24;4.Capable of walking unassisted for at least 1 minute. Part2 and part3: 1. >=60 years old. 2. No history of lower limb injuries in the past six months and absence of any other conditions affecting gait. 3. Ability to comprehend the testing procedures and task instructions. Mini-mental State Examination (MMSE) score >24. 4. Capable of walking unassisted for at least 1 minute.

排除标准:

1.存在明确的神经系统病变史、未控制的高血压、严重的视觉障碍(即使矫正后)或下肢关节置换史;2.依据医学诊断或临床评估,存在痴呆症、严重认知障碍,或患有任何不稳定的精神疾病;3.存在任何其他可能妨碍安全参与运动测试,或混淆步态及认知任务表现的身体或精神状况。

Exclusion criteria:

1.Presence of a confirmed history of neurological disorders, uncontrolled hypertension, severe visual impairment (even after correction), or history of lower limb joint replacement;2.Diagnosis or clinical evidence of dementia, severe cognitive impairment, or any unstable psychiatric condition;3.Any other physical or mental condition that may compromise safe participation in the motor test or confound the interpretation of gait and cognitive task performance.
