研究目的：

本研究旨在基于柳青街道年度健康体检平台，系统评估≥60岁老年人群中重度主动脉瓣狭窄及其他瓣膜性心脏病的真实患病率，建立社区老年人群瓣膜疾病的流行病学特征；并对筛查出的重度主动脉瓣狭窄患者进行5年随访，以观察其诊疗路径、治疗接受情况及长期临床结局，为我国主动脉瓣疾病的早期发现、转诊管理和治疗策略提供证据基础。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to determine the true prevalence of severe aortic stenosis and other valvular heart diseases in residents aged ≥60 years in the Liqing Subdistrict by integrating transthoracic echocardiography into routine community health examinations. In addition, a five-year prospective follow-up of patients diagnosed with severe aortic stenosis will be conducted to characterize their diagnostic and treatment pathways, acceptance of aortic valve replacement, and long-term clinical outcomes. The results will provide essential evidence for early detection, referral, and management strategies of aortic valve disease in elderly populations in China.

Patients >= 60 years with residency in the Liuqing district Patient provides written informed consent

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection is performed using standardized Case Report Forms (CRFs), including health examination data, transthoracic echocardiography findings, and follow-up information. An electronic data capture (EDC) system is used for data entry and management, with built-in logic checks and quality control. All data are stored on secure servers with access restricted to authorized investigators. No biological specimens are stored, and no identifiable personal information is used. All data management procedures comply with privacy and data-security requirements.
