研究目的：

脑卒中患者的年轻化，给个人、家庭、甚至社会带来了巨大负担，患病后角色的转变、以及面临的经济、生活压力使得中青年患者更易发生各种心理问题。明确中青年脑卒中患者失志水平及发展趋势，分析其各时间点的影响因素。为今后医护人员制定针对性干预措施，帮助患者降低失志水平提供理论依据。从而降低中青年脑卒中患者失志的发生率，改善患者的失志水平，提高患者的生活质量，进而推动健康社会的积极发展。  

Objectives of Study：

The younger age of stroke patients imposes a significant burden on individuals, families, and even society. The role transition after the onset of the disease, along with the economic and living pressures faced, makes middle-aged and young patients more prone to various psychological issues. Clarifying the level and development trend of demoralization in middle-aged and young stroke patients, and analyzing the influencing factors at each time point, can provide a theoretical basis for healthcare professionals to develop targeted interventions to help reduce the level of demoralization. This will help lower the incidence of demoralization in middle-aged and young stroke patients, improve their level of demoralization, enhance their quality of life, and promote the positive development of a healthy society.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合《中国各类主要脑血管病诊断要点2019》脑卒中诊断标准，且通过医学影像学检查（ CT 或 MRI ）确诊为脑卒中；
2.年龄为18-59岁；
3.意识清楚，有正常的沟通能力，能清楚表达自己的意愿；
4.经解释同意自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1.Meets the diagnostic criteria for stroke in the "Key Points of Diagnosis for Major Types of Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019", and is confirmed as a stroke by medical imaging (CT or MRI).
2.Age is 18-59 years old;
3.Conscious and able to communicate normally, capable of clearly expressing one's own wishes.
4.After explanation, agreed to voluntarily participate in this study;

排除标准：

1.入院前有精神疾病或心理疾病；
2.近2年内发生过重要的个人或家庭变故，如离婚、丧亲等；
3.合并重要器官功能障碍或严重病变者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Had mental illness or psychological disorders before hospitalization;
2.Significant personal or family changes have occurred within the past 2 years, such as divorce, loss of a loved one, etc.
3.Those with significant organ dysfunction or severe lesions;
