To study the changes of bone mass, bone quality, and microbiomechanical properties of bone tissue in patients with osteoarthritis, osteoporosis or fractures

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

自2020年6月起，来河北医科大学第三医院就诊，并经影像学检查证实患膝关节骨关节炎、腰椎间盘突出症以及腰椎、髋部、胫骨平台骨折需要手术治疗的中老年（年龄≥40岁）患者。

Inclusion criteria

Since June 2020, patients who came to the Third Hospital of Hebei Medical University and had been confirmed by imaging examination to have knee osteoarthritis, lumbar disc herniation, and fractures of the lumbar spine, hip, and tibial plateau that require surgical treatment patient(age ≥40 Years).

排除标准：

病理性骨折；存在除糖尿病、骨质疏松症之外的其他系统性疾病影响骨骼健康的；严重合并症不能耐受手术者

Exclusion criteria：

Pathological fractures; the patient with?serious systemactic?diseases;patients with severe complications who are too sick to undergo surgery
