研究目的：

1.检索、评价并汇总国内外关于造血干细胞移植（HSCT）患儿口腔黏膜炎（OM）预防和护理的相关证据，为临床实践提供依据； 2.形成HSCT患儿OM预防和护理的循证实践方案； 3.比较方案应用前后血液移植病房护士关于HSCT患儿OM预防和护理相关知识掌握度； 4.比较方案应用前后血液移植病房护士OM预防和护理的操作依从性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Retrieve, evaluate, and summarize domestic and international evidence on the prevention and care of oral mucositis (OM) in children undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT), to provide a basis for clinical practice; 2. Develop an evidence-based practice plan for the prevention and care of OM in children undergoing HSCT; 3. Compare the knowledge level of hematology ward nurses regarding the prevention and care of OM in HSCT children before and after the implementation of the plan; 4. Compare the compliance of hematology ward nurses with OM prevention and care procedures before and after the implementation of the plan.

纳入标准：

1.医护纳入标准： (1)取得医护资格证，从事血液移植工作的医护人员； (2)知情同意，自愿参与本研究。 2.患儿纳入标准： (1)年龄<18岁且接受HSCT患儿； (2)照顾者具备认知理解以及语言能力； (3)家长知情同意，自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Inclusion criteria for medical staff: (1) Medical personnel who have obtained a medical qualification certificate and are engaged in hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) work; (2) Informed consent, voluntarily participating in this study. 2. Inclusion criteria for pediatric patients: (1) Children under 18 years old who are receiving HSCT; (2) Caregivers with cognitive understanding and language ability; (3) Parents provide informed consent and voluntarily participate in this study.

排除标准：

1.医护排除标准： (1)进修及实习医生和护士； (2)病假或其他原因不在岗的医护人员。 2.患儿排除标准： (1)接受HSCT前已存在OM的患儿； (2)移植期间照顾者非亲属关系。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Exclusion criteria for medical staff: (1) Doctors and nurses on advanced training or internship; (2) Medical staff who are on sick leave or otherwise absent from duty. 2. Exclusion criteria for pediatric patients: (1) Children who already have oral mucositis (OM) before receiving HSCT; (2) Caregivers who are not relatives during the transplantation period.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究数据将通过研究团队设计的标准化护理评估表/数据提取表收集（用于记录护士的知识测评、操作依从性评分、患儿生活质量及家长满意度等），由研究人员录入并在 Microsoft Excel 中管理，研究团队负责数据核查与质量控制（包括双人校对与定期抽查）。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data will be collected using standardized nursing assessment forms/data extraction sheets developed by the study team (to record nurses’ knowledge tests, compliance checklists, patient quality-of-life and parent satisfaction). Data will be entered and managed in Microsoft Excel by the research team, with data verification and quality control performed by the team (including double-entry checks and routine spot checks).
