研究目的：

本研究拟对全麻宫腔镜手术进行研究，为以结构化沟通方案为核心的麻醉术前访视教学对住院医师沟通能力及患者焦虑水平的影响提供依据。针对2025.12-2026.2行全麻宫腔镜患者，采用随机对照研究，研究组采用传统术前访视组，对照组采用结构化沟通方案术前访视组，观察指标包括住院医“四步法”结构化沟通专题培训结果评估评分、患者访视前后焦虑评分、患者对术前访视满意程度评分。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to conduct research on general anesthesia hysteroscopic surgery, so as to provide evidence for the impact of anesthesia preoperative visit teaching centered on a structured communication protocol on residents' communication competence and patients' anxiety levels. For patients undergoing general anesthesia hysteroscopy from December 2025 to February 2026, a randomized controlled study will be adopted. The study group will receive the traditional preoperative visit, while the control group will receive the preoperative visit based on the structured communication protocol. The observation indicators include the evaluation score of residents' training results in the "four-step" structured communication, the patients' anxiety scores before and after the visit, and the patients' satisfaction scores with the preoperative visit.

纳入标准：

纳入标准：2025.12-2026.2月于北京大学第三医院全身麻醉下行宫腔镜手术患者。1.年龄：18~65岁，2.ASA分级Ⅰ~Ⅱ级，3.认知状态良好，可主动配合自愿签署知情同意书的宫腔镜手术患者。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion Criteria: Patients undergoing hysteroscopic surgery under general anesthesia at Peking University Third Hospital from December 2025 to February 2026, who meet the following conditions: 1. Aged 18–65 years; 2. ASA physical status classification Grade Ⅰ–Ⅱ; 3. With good cognitive status, able to actively cooperate and voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

排除标准：1. ASA分级>III级患者2. 有焦虑、抑郁病史患者3. 严重视听障碍、语言障碍和/或沟通困难导致无法沟通者4. 长期酗酒或药物滥用5. 意外出院或拒绝参加本研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion Criteria: 1. Patients with ASA physical status classification > Grade III; 2. Patients with a history of anxiety or depression; 3. Patients with severe visual, auditory, or language impairments and/or communication difficulties that prevent communication; 4. Patients with a history of long-term alcohol abuse or substance abuse; 5. Patients who are discharged unexpectedly or refuse to participate in this study.
