研究目的:

(1) 探讨家庭教养方式在青少年情绪行为障碍发展中的作用; (2) 探讨家长教养方案对家长心理状态、情绪调节能力、教养压力及教养方式的影响,及其对青少年心理状态及家庭功能的影响。  

Objectives of Study:

1. To explore the role of parenting in the development of emotional and behavioral disorders in adolescents. 2. To explore the impact of parental intervention on parents' psychological state, emotional regulation, parenting stress, and parenting styles, as well as its impact on adolescents' mental health and family functioning.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1) 年龄12-17岁,且至少有一名监护人陪同参加治疗; 2) 经主治医师及以上职称的儿童精神科医生确诊,主要诊断符合DSM-5中情绪行为障碍诊断标准; 3) 目前未服用药物,或在药物稳定期(至少1个月未调整用药方案)。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 12-17 years old, and had at least one parent or guardian able to attend all assessment and treatment sessions; 2. With a principal diagnosis of emotional and behavioral disorders based on the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, fifth edition (DSM-5) diagnosed by a child psychiatrist; 3. Currently were medication na?ve or had stable medication use (stable dose of medication for at least one month before baseline assessment).

排除标准:

1) 精神分裂症、躁狂发作急性期、广泛性发育障碍、品行障碍、精神发育迟滞、物质依赖者; 2) 存在强烈的自杀风险; 3) 存在明显躯体或神经系统异常,或躯体/物质所致的精神障碍; 4) 此前接受过系统的认知行为治疗。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Schizophrenia, current mania episodes of bipolar disorder, autism spectrum disorders, intellectual disability, or substance abuse. 2. Serious suicidal risk at pretreatment. 3. Unstable physical conditions or emotional disorders caused by substance use. 4. Receiving systematic CBT at pretreatment.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

研究采用电子数据与纸质数据相结合的方式进行问卷采集,在资料收集一周内将电子问卷纳入数据库。临床访谈及执行功能评估等纸质版资料采用Epidata双录入和管理,在原始资料收集一周内录入数据库,数据不完整或有疑问者及时补充核实。建立受试者资料档案,所有档案按编号、类别分装入资料盒后,保存在有锁的档案柜中,仅供研究人员查阅。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

All clinical data, including clinical interviews and questionnaires obtained for this research, will be treated as confidential and securely stored. All written materials are entered using Epidata software. Specialized data entry staff enter the database within 1 week of the original data collection. A prompt supplement and verify are necessary if data are incomplete or unclear. Participant data will be identified by a unique ID number that will be allocated after the participant gives consent to participate in the study. The ID linking the participant’s identity or personal details will be stored in a password-encrypted file located in written and computerized formats. All electronic information will be backed up regularly to avoid loss. Only researchers affiliated with the research will have access to clinic data.
