Objectives of Study：

Exploring the Anesthetic Effect of Lower Limb Cutaneous Nerve Block in Endovenous Radiofrequency Ablation of the Great Saphenous Vein

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.自愿签署知情同意书； 2.年龄大于20岁，小于60岁，无性别限制； 3.确诊为下肢静脉曲张； 4.拟行下肢静脉腔内射频消融术； 5.同意行下肢皮神经阻滞麻醉。

Inclusion criteria

1. Voluntarily sign the informed consent form; 2. Aged over 20 and under 60, with no gender restrictions; 3. Diagnosed with lower limb varicose veins; 4. Planned to undergo endovenous radiofrequency ablation of the lower limbs; 5. Agree to undergo lower limb superficial nerve block anesthesia.

排除标准：

1.存在下肢皮神经阻滞麻醉禁忌症； 2.局麻药过敏； 3.患有不受控制的高血压、心力衰竭、心肌梗死、恶性心律失常等循环系统疾病或者正在发生的肺炎、哮喘和阻塞性肺气肿等呼吸道疾病； 4.麻醉前风险评估ASA4级或者以上，如恶性肿瘤且全身情况较差或伴有远处转移，严重肝肾功能障碍等； 5.精神障碍，不能配合麻醉及研究； 6.最近或者长期使用镇痛药物； 7.药物滥用史； 8.研究者认为不适合参与临床研究的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Presence of contraindications to lower limb cutaneous nerve block anesthesia; 2. Allergy to local anesthetics; 3. Suffering from uncontrolled hypertension, heart failure, myocardial infarction, malignant arrhythmia, or other cardiovascular diseases, or currently experiencing respiratory diseases such as pneumonia, asthma, and obstructive emphysema; 4. Pre-anesthesia risk assessment of ASA grade 4 or above, such as malignant tumors with poor general condition or distant metastasis, severe liver or kidney dysfunction, etc.; 5. Mental disorders making cooperation with anesthesia and the study impossible; 6. Recent or long-term use of analgesic drugs; 7. History of drug abuse; 8. Other conditions deemed by the investigator to be unsuitable for participation in clinical research.
