研究目的：

探讨α硫辛酸（alpha-lipoicacid，ALA）对灼口综合征（burning mouth syndrome，BMS）患者唾液氧化应激和免疫指标的影响，并对ALA治疗BMS的疗效特征进行模型化评价。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effects of alpha-lipoicacid (ALA) on oxidative stress and immune indexes in saliva of patients with burning mouth syndrome (BMS), and to model the therapeutic characteristics of ALA in treating BMS.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合国际头痛分类中BMS诊断标准（疼痛特点为烧灼感和口腔黏膜干涩，症状持续>=2 h/d，共超过3个月； 2.口腔黏膜外观和临床检查包括感觉测试正常； 3.无临床症状明显的致病性疾病）； 4.年龄>=18岁； 5.口腔内无器质性病变； 6.研究对象均知情同意本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. BMS was diagnosed according to the International Classification of Headache Disorders (pain characterized by burning sensation and dryness of oral mucosa, lasting >=2 h/d for more than 3 months; 2. Oral mucosal appearance and clinical examination including sensory tests were normal; 3. Asymptomatic pathogenic disease); 4. Age >=18 years old; 5. No organic lesions in the oral cavity; 6. All subjects gave informed consent for this study.

排除标准：

1.恶性肿瘤患者； 2.其他口腔黏膜疾病患者； 3.血液系统及免疫疾病患者； 4.严重的心、肝、肾功能不全者； 5.近1个月服用激素、免疫抑制剂者； 6.妊娠期、哺乳期妇女； 7.临床资料不全者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with malignant tumors; 2. Patients with other oral mucosal diseases; 3. Patients with hematological and immune diseases; 4. Severe heart, liver and kidney dysfunction; 5. Taking hormones and immunosuppressants in the past month; 6. Pregnant and lactating women; 7. Patients with incomplete clinical data.

采用常规治疗，谷维素片（国药准字 H22024804，吉林省福尔泰药业有限公司）口服，10 mg/次，3次/d；维生素B2片（国药准字 H61021467，陕西孙思邈高新制药有限公司）口服，5 mg/次，3次/d；维生素E胶囊（国药准字 H22021973，吉林万通药业有限公司）口服，100 mg/次，1次/d。

All patients were treated with conventional therapy, oral oryzanol tablets (Sinopharm approved name H22024804, Jilin Fultai Pharmaceutical Co., LTD.), 10 mg/ time, 3 times /d; Vitamin B2 tablets (Chinese Medicine approved name H61021467, Shaanxi Sun Simiao High-tech Pharmaceutical Co., LTD.) orally, 5 mg/ time, 3 times/day; Vitamin E capsule (Chinese Medicine approved name H22021973, Jilin Wantong Pharmaceutical Co., LTD.) was taken orally, 100 mg/ time, once a day.
