研究目的：

分析中国汉族儿童面容正侧面的解剖学特点，及其与腺样体肥大、扁桃体肥大、父母面容遗传的关系，完成中国汉族儿童面容正侧面解剖数据的基线收集，以期帮助临床医生及患者家属精准诊断儿童腺样体面容； 通过纵向随访，了解儿童面容正侧面的发展情况，从而为腺样体肥大、扁桃体肥大的面容变化规律总结提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to analyze the anatomical characteristics of frontal and lateral craniofacial features in Chinese children, and their correlations with adenoid hypertrophy, tonsillar hypertrophy, and parental facial genetics. It aims to establish a baseline dataset which used craniofacial anatomical measurements for Chinese children to enable precise diagnosis of 'adenoid facies' by clinicians and families. Through longitudinal follow-up, we will track the developmental of pediatric craniofacial structures, thereby elucidating patterns of craniofacial changes associated with adenotonsillar hypertrophy.

纳入标准：

1.2-16周岁。 2.有临床鼻内镜或鼻咽侧位X线检查报告。 3.同意照片拍摄，有正侧面照片及父母双方照片。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 2 to 16. 2. There is a clinical nasal endoscopy or lateral nasopharyngeal X-ray examination report. 3. Agree to have photos taken, including both frontal and side views as well as photos of both parents.

排除标准：

2代直系亲属非汉族。 2.先天性面部发育畸形、唇腭裂、先天性小下颌儿童。 3.有面部外伤、矫正史者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Two generations of direct relatives are not of Han ethnicity. 2. Children with congenital facial malformations, cleft lip and palate, and congenital micromandible. 3. Those with a history of facial trauma or correction.
