研究目的:

通过Er:YAG激光牙周膜切割辅助牙拔除术前与术后3个月CBCT,创面大小测量,肿胀程度测量和伤口愈合情况评分对比Er:YAG激光微创拔牙术与传统牙拔除术对患者拔牙创愈合与术中术后并发症的影响。  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to evaluate the impact of Er:YAG laser-assisted minimally invasive tooth extraction versus conventional tooth extraction on post-extraction alveolar wound healing and the incidence of intra-/postoperative complications. The comparative analysis is based on pre-operative and 3-month postoperative assessments, including CBCT scans, measurements of wound dimensions, evaluations of swelling levels, and wound healing scores.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1)因治疗需要拔除左右侧同名健康牙的患者;2)14-25岁(含上下限);3)患者咬合、牙槽骨等左右基本对称;4)无骨代谢性疾病、血液性疾病、精神类疾病及未被控制的系统性疾病;5)无吸烟史,患者依从性良好;6)患者愿意进行试验方案中要求的评价;7)患者同意签署经伦理委员会批准的知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients requiring extraction of bilateral homologous healthy teeth for therapeutic purposes. (2) Age between 14 and 25 years (inclusive). (3) General symmetry in occlusion and alveolar bone structure between left and right sides. (4) No history of bone metabolic diseases, hematological diseases, mental disorders, or uncontrolled systemic conditions. (5) No history of smoking, with good patient compliance. (6) Willingness to undergo all evaluations specified in the trial protocol. (7) Agreement to sign the informed consent form approved by the Ethics Committee

排除标准:

1)拔牙禁忌症;2)有骨代谢疾病、血液性疾病、精神类疾病及未被控制的系统性疾病,存在可能影响软硬组织愈合、出凝血水平及疼痛焦虑水平的药物应用;3)有外伤史,牙槽骨骨板骨折甚至缺失;4)处于任何疾病急性期的患者;5)有严重牙周疾病的患者;6)影像学资料不全或质量差者;7)不能配合治疗,依从性差的患者;8)酗酒或长期药物滥用者;9)有吸烟史。

Exclusion criteria:

(1) Contraindications to tooth extraction. (2) Presence of bone metabolic diseases, hematological diseases, mental disorders, uncontrolled systemic diseases, or use of medications that may affect soft/hard tissue healing, coagulation function, or pain/anxiety levels. (3) History of trauma with alveolar bone plate fracture or defect. (4) Patients in the acute phase of any disease. (5) Patients with severe periodontal diseases. (6) Incomplete or poor-quality radiographic documentation. (7) Inability to cooperate with treatment or poor compliance. (8) History of alcohol abuse or long-term substance misuse. (9) History of smoking

The data collection of this study was completed based on the uniformly designed Case Record Form (CRF), and all research-related information was truthfully recorded by trained researchers according to the actual situation. Data management by Electronic Data acquisition system (Electronic Data Capture, EDC) ResMan Research Manager (https://www.medresman.org). All data will be automatically logically verified by the system after input, and the research team will conduct multiple rounds of data verification to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the data.
