研究目的：

研究心功能不全、瓣膜的退行性改变及钙化与微塑料沉积的种类、含量之间的关系  

Objectives of Study：

Investigating the relationship between heart failure, degenerative changes and calcification of the valves, and the types and content of microplastic deposition

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

?1.在我院择期行心脏瓣膜置换术，符合心脏瓣膜置换手术指征； ?2.患者年龄在40-80岁之间；? 3.患者及家属依从性好，充分了解项目内容，已签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Underwent elective heart valve replacement surgery in our hospital, meeting the indications for heart valve replacement surgery; 2.The patient is aged between 40 and 80 years old; 3.The patient and their family have good compliance, fully understand the content of the project, and have signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.不符合瓣膜置换术手术指征但因其他原因施行手术的患者； 2.既往有COPD、哮喘等慢性肺疾病，或有系统性红斑狼疮、干燥综合征等自身免疫疾病，或合并恶性肿瘤等； 3.既往有肾功能不全病史，包括急性肾损伤（SCr在7天内上升50%或在48小时内上升0.3mg/dL），慢性肾脏病（GFR＜60ml/min per 1.73㎡ for 3 months）； 4.既往有肝功能不全病史； 5.既往有房颤病史，需要通过药物控制心室率； 6.既往有脑卒中病史，结合患者术前头颅CT/MRI以及会诊意见进行诊断； 7.患者及家属依从性差，或无法充分理解项目内容，或拒绝签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who do not meet the surgical indications for valve replacement but undergo surgery for other reasons; 2. History of chronic lung diseases such as COPD and asthma, or autoimmune diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus and Sjogren's syndrome, or combined with malignant tumors; 3. Previous history of renal insufficiency, including acute kidney injury (SCr increase of 50% within 7 days or 0.3mg/dL within 48 hours), chronic kidney disease (GFR < 60ml/min per 1.73㎡ for 3 months); 4. Previous history of hepatic insufficiency; 5. Previous history of atrial fibrillation requiring drug control of ventricular rate; 6. The patient had a history of stroke, and the diagnosis was made based on preoperative head CT/MRI and consultation opinions; 7. Patients and their families had poor compliance, or could not fully understand the content of the project, or refused to sign the informed consent.

CRF 包括受试者的个人信息、病史、治疗方案、随访记录等字段。所有数据字段均经过严格设计，确保数据的完整性和准确性。研究人员经过专门培训，严格按照CRF 的要求填写数据，并定期进行数据审核和质量控制。CRF 以电子形式存储在IH系统中，数据经过加密处理，只有授权人员可以访问。所有研究人员均接受过IH系统的使用培训，并有技术支持团队随时提供帮助。
