研究目的：

本研究拟通过代谢组学方法，系统探索绝经后 SUI 的代谢特征及射频治疗的代谢机制，寻找潜在的生物标志物，为疾病筛查和个体化治疗提供依据  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to apply metabolomic approaches to systematically investigate the metabolic characteristics of postmenopausal stress urinary incontinence (SUI) and the metabolic mechanisms of radiofrequency therapy, identify potential biomarkers, and provide evidence to support disease screening and individualized treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄：≥45岁； ②生理阶段：停经≥1年； ③SUI诊断：符合ICIQ-SF评估中≥1分 ④POP-Q: ≤II度

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age: >= 45 years; (2) Physiological stage: menopause >= 1 year; (3) SUI diagnosis: ICIQ-SF score >= 1 plus a positive cough stress test; (4) POP-Q stage: <= II.

排除标准：

①代谢性疾病：糖尿病、妊娠糖尿病史未恢复、高血压、甲状腺功能异常、多囊卵巢综合征 、高脂血症、代谢综合征、肥胖（BMI≥35） ②药物干扰：近3个月使用：抗生素、激素类药物、保健品 ③特殊饮食：极端节食、高蛋白补剂（蛋白粉）、素食、酗酒、吸烟史 ④激素状态：泌乳素持续升高（哺乳期）、口服避孕药 ⑤盆底结构异常：POP≥III度、膀胱脱垂、严重撕裂修补史、曾有盆腔手术史 ⑥神经系统问题：明确阴部神经损伤、神经源性膀胱、脊髓损伤史 ⑦阴道微生态异常：滴虫/霉菌/HPV阳性、3天内阴道药物/性生活史 ⑧排便问题：慢性便秘 ⑨其他症状：膀胱过度活动症（OAB）、急迫性尿失禁（UUI）、混合性尿失禁（MUI）

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Metabolic diseases: diabetes, unresolved history of gestational diabetes, hypertension, thyroid dysfunction, polycystic ovary syndrome, hyperlipidemia, metabolic syndrome, or obesity (BMI >= 35). (2) Medication interference: use of antibiotics, hormonal medications, or nutritional supplements within the past 3 months. (3) Special dietary patterns: extreme dieting, high-protein supplementation (protein powder), vegetarian diet, alcohol abuse, or a history of smoking. (4) Hormonal status: persistently elevated prolactin (lactation period) or use of oral contraceptives. (5) Pelvic floor structural abnormalities: POP >= stage III, bladder prolapse, history of severe perineal tear repair, or prior pelvic surgery. (6) Neurological conditions: confirmed pudendal nerve injury, neurogenic bladder, or a history of spinal cord injury. (7) Vaginal microecological abnormalities: positive for trichomonas, candida, or HPV; use of vaginal medications or sexual intercourse within the past 3 days. (8) Defecation problems: chronic constipation. (9) Other symptoms: overactive bladder (OAB), urgency urinary incontinence (UUI), or mixed urinary incontinence (MUI).

This study does not involve randomization. Participants are grouped naturally according to postpartum duration and the presence or absence of SUI (non-randomized). The radiofrequency treatment component is a single-arm, before–after self-controlled design; therefore, no random number sequence is generated.
