研究目的：

回顾性分析在厦门大学附属第一医院2型糖尿病视网膜脂血症患者的相关临床数据，分析此类患者的临床代谢特征，为未来更深入的科学研究提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

A retrospective analysis of clinical data from patients with lipemia retinalis in type 2 diabetes mellitus was conducted at the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University. The study aimed to investigate the clinical metabolic characteristics of these patients and provide a foundation for further scientific research.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄大于18岁；
2.确诊2型糖尿病；
3.眼底检查符合视网膜脂血症的诊断标准；

Inclusion criteria

1.Age > 18 years;
2.Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes;
3.The fundus examination findings met the diagnostic criteria for lipemia retinalis.

排除标准：

1.其他类型糖尿病；
2.肝功能ALT或AST高于正常范围上限3倍；
3.严重肾功能不全；
4.严重心脏功能不全；
5.妊娠或哺乳状态；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Other types of diabetes; 2.Liver function tests showing ALT or AST levels more than 3 times the upper limit of normal (ULN); 3.Severe renal insufficiency; 4.Severe cardiac dysfunction; 5.Pregnancy or lactation.
