研究目的：

1、明确神经病理性疼痛患者 GPR35 表达情况 选取脊柱外科腰椎间盘突出合并坐骨神经痛的患者，与正常的健康的对照人群，抽取两组患者血液，每位受试者抽取5毫升，通过qRT-PCR检测两组受试者外周血 GPR35 的表达变化; 2、揭示 GPR35 对神经病理性疼痛的作用及机制 明确实验组GPR35的表达量变化后,在动物和细胞上进行验证及分子机制研究。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Determine GPR35 expression levels in patients with neuropathic pain: Patients undergoing spinal surgery for lumbar disc herniation with concomitant sciatica will be enrolled as the case group, and age- and sex-matched healthy individuals will serve as controls. Peripheral blood (5 mL) will be collected from each participant, and GPR35 mRNA expression levels in peripheral blood will be quantified using quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR). 2. Elucidate the role and underlying mechanisms of GPR35 in neuropathic pain: Following confirmation of altered GPR35 expression in the patient cohort, functional validation and mechanistic studies will be conducted using animal models of neuropathic pain and relevant cellular systems to investigate how GPR35 contributes to the pathogenesis of neuropathic pain at the molecular level.

纳入标准：

病例组 1. 腰椎间盘突出压迫坐骨神经致下肢疼痛的患者； 2. 神志清楚能配合抽血； 3. 年龄在18到80岁之间； 4. ASA I-III 级； 5. 患者及家属自愿参加本项目。 对照组：健康人

Inclusion criteria

Case group 1. Partcipants with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion compressing the sciatic nerve and causing lower extremity pain; 2. Conscious and able to cooperate with blood drawing; 3. Age between 18 and 80 years old; 4. ASA I-III grade; 5. Individuals and their families voluntarily participate in this project. Control group: healthy individual

排除标准：

1. 合并高血压，糖尿病等慢性疾病； 2. 腰椎间盘突出已手术； 3. 抽血不能配合； 4. ASA ＞III 级； 5. 患者及家属拒绝参加本项目。

Exclusion criteria：

1. With chronic diseases such as hypertension and diabetes mellitus; 2. Lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion has been operated on; 3. Uncooperative for blood drawing; 4. ASA > III; 5. Individuals and his/her family refused to participate in this project.
