研究目的：

本研究旨在构建与验证基于数字生物标志物的多模态老年认知衰弱分类模型；在此基础上，应用多智能体对话框架为社区老年认知衰弱人群制定个性化运动干预方案，并评估其在改善认知功能、衰弱状态及运动依从性方面的有效性与可接受性，为基层临床决策提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to construct and validate a multimodal classification model for cognitive frailty in the elderly based on digital biomarkers. On this basis, a multi-agent dialogue framework was applied to formulate personalized exercise intervention plans for the elderly with cognitive frailty in the community, and its effectiveness and acceptability in improving cognitive function, frailty status and exercise compliance were evaluated, providing a scientific basis for grassroots clinical decision-making.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、年龄>=60周岁的老年人群； 2、无重大精神疾病，且能够独立步行20m以上； 3、躯体衰弱老年群体为FFP评分>=1分，即包含衰弱前期老年群体； 4、认知衰弱老年群体使用MMSE评估整体认知功能，根据既往中国人群研究中报告的标准得分<=26分（文盲受试者，<=17分；小学受试者，<=20分；初中或更高学历受试者；<=24分），且FFP评分>=1分，或经具有10年临床经验的医生进行认定判断。

Inclusion criteria

1, Elderly population aged >=60 years; 2, No major mental illness and able to walk independently for more than 20m; 3, Somatically debilitated elderly population as FFP score >=1, i.e., including the predebilitated elderly population; 4, Cognitively debilitated elderly population assessed for overall cognitive functioning using the MMSE based on the standardised scores of <=26 points as reported in previous studies of the Chinese population (illiterate subjects, <= 17 points; primary schools subjects, <= 20 points; junior high school or higher educated subjects; <= 24 points) and an FFP score of >= 1 point, or a determinative judgement by a physician with 10 years of clinical experience.

1、患有重大精神疾病及终末期疾病。
