Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the clinical application value of a novel detection method based on probe capture technology in the detection of central nervous system infectious diseases.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 符合中枢神经系统感染的症状或体征（一项或多项）：发热、头痛、呕吐、痫性发作、局灶性神经功能损害、精神行为异常、意识障碍、脑膜刺激征等； 2. 年龄>=18岁； 3. 完善腰椎穿刺且成功获取足量的脑脊液； 4. 至少满足以下条件之一：a.颅内压增高（＞200mmH2O）；b.脑脊液白细胞计数增加（＞5×106/L）；c.脑脊液蛋白增高（＞0.45g/L）；d.脑脊液葡萄糖水平降低（＜2.25mmol/L或同步血糖的1/2）；e.脑脊液氯化物含量降低（＜120mmol/L）；f.全血细胞计数显示白细胞＞10×109/L，中性粒细胞比例＞80%；g.脑影像学检查提示感染可能；h.不满足上述7项条件中的任意一项，但经验性抗感染治疗有效。

Inclusion criteria

1. Presence of symptoms or signs consistent with central nervous system infection (one or more): fever, headache, vomiting, seizures, focal neurological deficits, behavioral abnormalities, impaired consciousness, meningeal irritation signs, etc.; 2. Age>=18 years; 3. Completion of lumbar puncture with successful collection of sufficient cerebrospinal fluid (CSF); 4. Fulfillment of at least one of the following criteria: a. Elevated intracranial pressure (>200 mmH?O); b. Increased CSF white blood cell count (>5 × 10?/L); c. Elevated CSF protein level (>0.45 g/L); d. Decreased CSF glucose level (<2.25 mmol/L or less than half of the simultaneous blood glucose level); e. Decreased CSF chloride level (<120 mmol/L); f. Complete blood count showing white blood cells >10 × 10?/L with neutrophil proportion >80%; g. Neuroimaging suggestive of possible infection; h. Failure to meet any of the above seven criteria, but effective response to empirical anti-infection therapy.

排除标准：

1. 患者拒绝腰椎穿刺或存在腰椎穿刺禁忌证或获取的脑脊液过少； 2. 确诊其他系统感染性疾病或中枢神经系统非感染性疾病（自身免疫性脑炎、肿瘤、中枢神经系统血管性疾病等）； 3. 临床信息严重缺失； 4.最终诊断未明确且经验性抗感染治疗效果欠佳。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patient refusal of lumbar puncture, presence of contraindications to lumbar puncture, or insufficient cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) obtained; 2. Confirmed diagnosis of infectious diseases in other systems or non-infectious central nervous system diseases (e.g., autoimmune encephalitis, tumors, cerebrovascular disorders, etc.); 3. Severely incomplete clinical information; 4. Final diagnosis not confirmed with poor response to empirical anti-infection therapy.
