研究目的：

间质性肺疾病（ILD）是一组以肺间质炎症和纤维化为主要特征的异质性疾病群，其诊断和病情监测是临床工作中的重大挑战。目前ILD的分型主要依赖于气管镜肺泡灌洗（BAL）和肺活检等有创检查，而疾病活动度的评估缺乏特异性生物学标志物。本研究选取呼出气一氧化氮（eNO）检测这一无创、简便、可重复性的技术手段，探讨其在ILD诊疗中的多方面应用价值，具有重要的理论和临床意义。  

Objectives of Study：

Interstitial lung disease (ILD) is a heterogeneous group of diseases characterized by pulmonary interstitial inflammation and fibrosis, and its diagnosis and monitoring are major challenges in clinical work. Currently, ILD typing mainly relies on invasive tests such as tracheoscopic alveolar lavage (BAL) and lung biopsy, and the assessment of disease activity lacks specific biological markers. This study selects exhaled nitric oxide (eNO) detection, a non-invasive, simple and reproducible technical means, to explore its multifaceted application value in the diagnosis and treatment of ILD, which has important theoretical and clinical significance.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. ILD患者：HRCT出现网格状、蜂窝状、磨玻璃影、牵引性支气管扩张等肺间质病变影像学表现，经影像科及呼吸科医师共同判定；肺通气功能检查表现为限制性通气功能障碍和（或）弥散功能障碍，具体分型根据相关检查结果结合疾病诊治指南进一步明确。 2. 健康对照组：健康成人，既往无恶性肿瘤、严重肝肾功能不全, 血液系统及心脑血管疾病；慢性气道疾病、间质性肺疾病及结核、气胸、胸腔积液等其他肺部疾病。

Inclusion criteria

1. ILD patients: HRCT has imaging manifestations of pulmonary interstitial lesions such as grid-like, honeycomb-shaped, ground-glass shadow, traction bronchiectasis, etc., which are jointly judged by the imaging department and respiratory physicians. Pulmonary ventilation function tests show restrictive ventilatory dysfunction and/or diffusion dysfunction, and the specific classification is further clarified according to the relevant examination results combined with the disease diagnosis and treatment guidelines. 2. Healthy control group: healthy adults, no previous malignant tumors, severe liver and kidney insufficiency, hematological and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; Chronic airway disease, interstitial lung disease, and other lung diseases such as tuberculosis, pneumothorax, pleural effusion, etc.

排除标准：

ILD患者 1. 合并有恶性肿瘤、严重肝肾功能不全, 血液系统及心脑血管疾病； 2. 合并慢性气道疾病及结核、气胸、胸腔积液等其他肺部疾病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with interstitial lung disease 1. Combined with malignant tumors, severe liver and kidney insufficiency, hematological and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 2. Patients with chronic airway disease and other lung diseases such as tuberculosis, pneumothorax, and pleural effusion.
