Describe the imaging features of cystic tumor progression resembling radiation necrosis in patients who develop treatment-related changes after immunotherapy

纳入标准：

1.接受免疫治疗的脑转移瘤患者；
2.病例表现为在常规MRI上类似放射性坏死、但实际为真实肿瘤进展的大型囊性病灶；

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients with brain metastases receiving immunotherapy;
2.The case presented with a large cystic lesion that appeared like radiation necrosis on conventional MRI but was actually true tumor progression.
