研究目的：

本研究将围绕DTC患者分层个体化手术治疗及术后管理展开，旨在提高临床疗效和患者生活质量。首先，针对不同风险分层的DTC患者，构建手术分层治疗体系，探索最优手术策略。评估中低风险分化型甲状腺癌（DTC）患者不同手术范围的有效性与安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

This study will focus on stratified, individualized surgical treatment and postoperative management for DTC patients, aiming to improve clinical outcomes and patient quality of life. Firstly, a stratified surgical treatment system will be established for DTC patients of different risk levels to explore the optimal surgical strategies. The effectiveness and safety of different surgical scopes in patients with low- to intermediate-risk differentiated thyroid cancer (DTC) will be evaluated.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄：≥18岁 ②单侧病灶DTC (cT1-T2N1aM0) ③ECOG评分0-1分。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age >= 18 years. 2.Unilateral lesion of differentiated thyroid carcinoma (DTC), staged as cT1–T2N1aM0. 3.Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status score of 0–1.

排除标准：

①接受过甲状腺手术治疗者 ②cN1b或cM1 ③双侧或多灶性甲状腺癌；侵袭性病理类型 ④严重合并症 ⑤妊娠期或哺乳期。

Exclusion criteria：

1.History of thyroid surgery. 2.Clinical evidence of lateral neck lymph node metastasis (cN1b) or distant metastasis (cM1). 3.Bilateral or multifocal thyroid carcinoma; aggressive histological subtypes. 4.Severe comorbidities. Pregnant or breastfeeding women
