研究目的：

本研究拟通过对克罗恩病患者的肠道进行多模态超声技术联合检测，包括显微超声造影、灰阶及彩色多普勒成像、剪切波弹性成像等，从透壁炎症程度、微血管结构、肠壁机械特性等多维度评估肠道病理损伤特征，构建一个联合多模态超声定量参数与临床指标的综合诊断模型，以期更精准地评估克罗恩病活动性，预测治疗应答，旨在为克罗恩病个体化治疗决策及手术时机选择提供更为精确的影像学依据  

Objectives of Study：

By conducting combined multimodal ultrasound technology detection on the intestines of patients with Crohn's disease, including super-resolution contrast-enhanced ultrasound, gray-scale and color Doppler imaging, shear wave elastography, etc., the pathological damage characteristics of the intestines were evaluated from multiple dimensions such as the degree of transmural inflammation, microvascular structure, and mechanical properties of the intestinal wall, and a comprehensive diagnostic model combining multimodal ultrasound quantitative parameters and clinical indicators was constructed. In order to more accurately assess the activity of Crohn's disease and predict the treatment response, it aims to provide more precise imaging evidence for individualized treatment decisions and the selection of surgical timing for Crohn's disease.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18岁，性别不限；
2.符合中国《克罗恩病诊断标准（2024版）》，经内镜、影像学（CT/MRI）及病理学确诊为克罗恩病；
3.患者开始新的治疗方案，包括生物制剂或免疫抑制剂治疗；
4.近1个月内行内镜检查；
5.能够配合完成包括超声造影在内的多模态超声检查；
6.自愿签署知情同意书，同意参与研究及数据采集；

Inclusion criteria

1.Age >=18 years old, gender not limited; 2.Comply with the "Diagnostic Criteria for Crohn's Disease (2024 Edition)" of China, and be diagnosed with Crohn's disease through endoscopy, imaging (CT/MRI), and pathology; 3.The patient initiates a new treatment plan, including biologics or immunosuppressant therapy; 4.Endoscopic examination was performed within the last month; 5.Be capable of cooperating to complete multimodal ultrasound examinations including contrast-enhanced ultrasound; 6.Voluntarily sign the informed consent form and agree to participate in the research and data collection;

排除标准：

1.造影剂过敏；
2.合并严重并发症或禁忌症；
3.妊娠期或哺乳期女性、严重肾功能不全者；
4.合并其它肠道疾病，如肠结核、肠道肿瘤，或全身免疫性疾病；
5.腹部肥胖，BMI≥30kg/m2，导致超声穿透性差，肠壁结构显示不佳；
6.超声造影图像质量不佳：检查时因呼吸及肠道蠕动导致图像不稳，影响定量参数的准确性；
7.资料不全：肠镜未能到达目标段或临床资料不全；
8.近3个月内接受过肠道手术者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Contrast agent allergy; 2.Complicated with severe complications or contraindications; 3.Pregnant or lactating women, and those with severe renal insufficiency; 4.Combined with other intestinal diseases, such as intestinal tuberculosis, intestinal tumors, or systemic immune diseases; 5.Abdominal obesity, BMI>=30kg/m2, leads to poor ultrasound penetration and poor display of intestinal wall structure; 6.Poor image quality of contrast-enhanced ultrasound: During the examination, unstable images are caused by breathing and intestinal peristalsis, which affects the accuracy of quantitative parameters; 7.Incomplete data: The colonoscopy failed to reach the target section or the clinical data was incomplete; 8.Those who have undergone intestinal surgery within the past three months;
