研究目的：

建立不同牙列阶段头影测量中正常腭高值对诊断上颌畸形和制定干预治疗方案至关重要。本研究旨在通过头影测量法确定中国人群的年龄和牙列特异性腭高参考范围，并通过牙模测量进行验证。  

Objectives of Study：

Establishing normative palatal height values on lateral cephalograms across different dentition stages is crucial for diagnosing maxillary dysmorphology and planning interventions therapy. This study aimed to define age- and dentition-specific palatal height reference ranges in Chinese population using cephalometry and validate them against dental cast measurements.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.无正畸或正颌治疗史。2.无影响颌面发育的颅面畸形或综合征。3.高质量侧位头影测量片，能清晰显示腭穹隆及周围结构。4.牙科石膏或数字化口腔内扫描中完整的腭形态，无任何缺陷。5.年龄范围 3 - 16 岁，覆盖目标牙列时期（乳牙列期、替牙列期、恒牙列期）。

Inclusion criteria

1. No history of orthodontic or orthognathic treatment. 2. No craniofacial anomalies or syndromes affecting maxillofacial development. 3. High-quality lateral cephalograms with clear visibility of the palatal vault and surrounding structures. 4. Complete palatal morphology in dental casts or digital intraoral scans without any defects. 5. Age range: 3 - 16 years, covering the target dentition periods (primary dentition, mixed dentition, permanent dentition).

排除标准：

1.颅颌面畸形或综合征。2.头影测量片模糊或者口扫模型腭部不全或者不清晰；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Craniofacial malformations or syndromes. 2. Blurred lateral cephalograms, or incomplete or unclear palatal regions in intraoral scan models.

Data collection was performed using Case Record Forms (CRFs) to record detailed information of subjects, including palatal height measurements from dental casts and lateral cephalograms.
