研究目的：

比较中红外光、585nm脉冲染料激光、强脉冲光治疗红斑毛细血管扩张型玫瑰痤疮的疗效和安全性。提升临床医生对玫瑰痤疮治疗的认识，为临床玫瑰痤疮的治疗提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

Compare the efficacy and safety of mid-infrared light, 585 nm pulsed dye laser, and intense pulsed light in treating erythematotelangiectatic rosacea. Enhance clinicians' understanding of rosacea treatment and provide a reference for clinical management of rosacea.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.根据2021版中国玫瑰痤疮诊断标准且诊断为红斑毛细血管扩张型玫瑰痤疮； 2.年龄在18-55岁，Fitzpatrick皮肤分型Ⅲ-Ⅳ型； 3.病史及临床资料均完整（含能量/脉宽/光斑参数），有完整的治疗和随访记录，照片完整.

Inclusion criteria

1.According to the 2021 Chinese Diagnostic Criteria for Rosacea, diagnosed as erythematotelangiectatic rosacea; 2.Aged 18-55 years, Fitzpatrick skin types III-IV; 3.The medical history and clinical data are complete (including energy/pulse width/laser spot parameters), with thorough treatment and follow-up records, and complete photographic documentation.

排除标准：

1.合并其他影响研究结果的皮肤病，如湿疹、银屑病、系统性红斑狼疮或皮肌炎； 2.存在影响治疗和恢复的严重基础疾病，如糖尿病（血糖控制不良）、免疫缺陷、严重肝肾功能 障碍； 3.在治疗开始前 3 个月内使用过其他治疗红斑毛细血管扩张的药物（如口服异维 A 酸、抗生素）、 外用激素或其他光电治疗； 4.治疗疗程不完整者.

Exclusion criteria：

1.Combined with other skin diseases that affect the research results, such as eczema, psoriasis, systemic lupus Eratosthenes or dermatologists. 2.There are serious basic diseases that affect treatment and recovery, such as diabetes (poor blood sugar control), immune deficiency, and severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 3.Other drugs (such as oral isotretinoin, antibiotics), topical hormones or other photoelectric therapy were used for the treatment of erythema telangiectasia within 3 months before the start of treatment. 4.patients with an incomplete treatment course.
