研究目的: |
1. 研发一款基于消费级摄像头的便携式影像采集设备,用于面部和口内通用数据的采集。研发多模态正畸数据智能化采集设备CBCT低剂量模式,用于颅颌面正畸专用数据采集,优化通用与专用数据智能化分析技术。 2. 针对便携式影像采集设备获取的数据进行标准化,建立错合畸形智慧筛查模型及系统,评估智慧筛查模型的安全性及有效性。 3. 针对智能化采集设备获取的多模态正畸诊断数据集,建立正畸智慧诊断模型及系统,评估智慧诊断模型的安全性及有效性。 4. 针对智慧筛查与诊断模型及系统进行多中心、大规模临床验证。 |

Objectives of Study: |
1. Develop a portable image acquisition device based on consumer-grade cameras, which is used for collecting general data of facial and oral structures. Develop an intelligent CBCT low-dose mode for collecting orthodontic data in multiple modalities, which is specifically used for collecting data related to craniofacial orthodontics, and optimize the intelligent analysis technologies for both general and specialized data. 2. Standardize the data obtained by the portable image acquisition device, establish a smart screening model and system for malocclusion, and evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the smart screening model. 3. For the multi-modal orthodontic diagnostic data sets obtained by the intelligent acquisition device, establish an orthodontic intelligent diagnosis model and system, and evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the intelligent diagnosis model. 4. Conduct multi-center and large-scale clinical validations for the smart screening and diagnosis models and systems. |

研究二: (1)年龄为8-40岁,性别不限; (2)颌面部无严重创伤治疗史; (3)无唇腭裂或唇腭裂治疗史; 研究三: (1)年龄为8-40岁,性别不限; (2)颌面部无严重创伤治疗史; (3)无唇腭裂或唇腭裂治疗史; (4)治疗前资料完整,包括可见光面像照片、口内像照片、数字化牙颌模型、头颅侧位片、曲面断层片、常规剂量CBCT等。 研究四前瞻性病例: (1)年龄为8-40岁,性别不限; (2)颌面部无严重创伤治疗史; (3)无唇腭裂或唇腭裂治疗史; (4)存在错合畸形且需要拍摄CBCT。具体的牙颌畸形表现包括前牙反合、下颌后缩、面部偏斜、前牙开合、单侧、双侧后牙反合、前牙咬合干扰、前牙闭锁合、低角深覆合、恒牙阻生、上前牙间隙、多生牙等错合类型。 研究四回顾性病例: (1)年龄为8-40岁,性别不限; (2)颌面部无严重创伤治疗史; (3)无唇腭裂或唇腭裂治疗史; (4)治疗前资料完整,包括可见光面像照片、口内像照片、数字化牙颌模型、头颅侧位片、曲面断层片、常规剂量CBCT等。 |

Inclusion criteria |
Study Two: (1) Age range: 8 - 40 years old, gender not restricted; (2) No history of severe trauma treatment in the maxillofacial region; (3) No history of cleft lip and palate or cleft lip and palate treatment; Study Three: (1) Age range: 8 - 40 years old, gender not restricted; (2) No history of severe trauma treatment in the maxillofacial region; (3) No history of cleft lip and palate or cleft lip and palate treatment; (4) Complete treatment-related data before the treatment, including visible light facial images, intraoral images, digital dental-jaw models, lateral cephalograms, panoramic tomograms, and conventional-dose CBCT. Study Four Prospective Cases: (1) Age range: 8 - 40 years old, gender not restricted; (2) No history of severe trauma treatment in the maxillofacial region; (3) No history of cleft lip and palate or cleft lip and palate treatment; (4) Presence of malocclusion and the need to take CBCT. The specific manifestations of dental-jaw deformities include anterior teeth crossbite, mandibular retrusion, facial deviation, anterior teeth open bite, unilateral or bilateral posterior teeth crossbite, anterior teeth occlusal interference, anterior teeth closed bite, low-angle deep overbite, permanent teeth impaction, anterior teeth gap, supernumerary teeth, etc. Study Four Retrospective Cases: (1) Age range: 8 - 40 years old, gender not restricted; (2) No history of severe trauma treatment in the maxillofacial region; (3) No history of cleft lip and palate or cleft lip and palate treatment; (4) Complete treatment-related data before the treatment, including visible light facial images, intraoral images, digital dental-jaw models, lateral cephalograms, panoramic tomograms, and conventional-dose CBCT. |

In this experiment, the clinical data annotations are recorded and stored in electronic data format. The clinical data collected will be recorded promptly, truthfully, accurately and completely in the form of a jason file, and all clinical data and collected data will be stored in the data management server deployed in the intranet environment of Beijing Dental Hospital. The principal investigator is responsible for the authenticity, completeness and accuracy of the data. |
