研究目的：

考察冰毒依赖青年的Pavlovian-to-instrumental transfer（PIT）效应值大小，并横向比较冰毒依赖青年与普通青年是否存在组间显著差异。同时，采用问卷量表调查法测量冰毒依赖青年的成瘾度、心理渴求、复吸倾向，探究PIT效应值与三者是否存在相关关系。  

Objectives of Study：

Investigate the magnitude of Pavlovian-to-instrumental transfer (PIT) effect values in MA drug-dependent youths and compare them to determine if there are significant differences between groups. At the same time, use a questionnaire survey method to measure the addiction level, psychological craving, and relapse tendency of ice drug-dependent youths, and explore whether there is a correlation between PIT effect values and these three factors.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.入所前主要吸食甲基苯丙胺类毒品；符合ICD-10苯丙胺类药物依赖诊断标准；入所戒毒时间三个月以上； 2.18-35岁； 3.身体健康；无脑部创伤；无精神病史；视力正常；非色盲色弱； 4.能完全理解研究内容、自愿参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Mainly used methamphetamine-type drugs before admission; meets the ICD-10 diagnostic criteria for amphetamine-type substance dependence; has been in the detoxification center for more than three months; 2. Aged 18-35; 3. Healthy; no brain injury; no history of psychiatric illness; normal vision; not color blind or color deficient; 4. Able to fully understand the study content and voluntarily participate in this study.

有精神系列疾病及近期服用抗精神药物者

Exclusion criteria：

Individuals with mental health disorders and those who have recently taken antipsychotic medications
