综合有限元分析和临床随访数据来评估使用LMFS治疗胫骨近端骨折的可行性和有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

The feasibility and effectiveness of using the Lantern-Mimicking Frame System (LMFS) for treating proximal tibial fractures were evaluated by integrating finite element analysis and clinical follow-up data.

纳入标准：

我院2020.07-2023.07胫骨近端骨折经过LMFS治疗的、随访资料完整的患者

Inclusion criteria

Patients with proximal tibial fractures treated with the Lantern-Mimicking Frame System (LMFS) in our hospital from July 2020 to July 2023, with complete follow-up data

排除标准：

有其他严重疾病不能满足随访要求、病理性骨折，随访资料不全。

Exclusion criteria：

Having other serious diseases that prevent meeting the follow-up requirements, suffering from pathological fractures, and having incomplete follow-up data.
