研究目的：

在痛风、高尿酸血症患者及其共同生活家属中，比较线下传统宣教、线下结合模型宣教、线上图文宣教和线上视频宣教四种科普宣教方式的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the effectiveness of four health education methods—traditional in-person lecture, in-person lecture with food props, online illustrated article, and online video—in delivering dietary guidance to patients with gout or hyperuricemia and their co-residing family members.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）诊断为痛风或高尿酸血症的患者及其共同生活家属； （2）自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Diagnosis of gout or HUA, and their co?residing family member are invited to participate in this research; (2) Voluntary participation in the study.

排除标准：

（1） 有智力或认知障碍，或严重的视觉/听力损失，无法使用通信设备； （2）正确回答健康教育前知识问卷的所有项目； （3）中途退出研究。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Having intellectual or cognitive impairments, or severe visual/hearing loss that prevents the use of communication devices; (2) Answering all items correctly on the pre-education knowledge questionnaire; (3) Withdrawing from the study.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

由两名研究者进行数据(问卷结果及通过电子病例系统获得临床资料)的双份录入，并在录入电子系统后进行数据核查，同时负责数据存档。为了保证数据安全，主要研究者每周进行一次数据备份。
