纳入标准：

纳入连续2次生物学培养的胃肠镜36根

Inclusion criteria

36 gastroscopes and colonoscopes were included in two consecutive biological cultures

排除标准：

1、内镜在测漏及清洗消毒过程中发现内镜损坏；2、内镜洗消过程中全自动内镜洗消机故障或机器运行参数异常；3、内镜洗消过程发现洗消人员违反洗消流程的流程

Exclusion criteria：

1. The endoscope was found to be damaged during leak detection, cleaning, and disinfection processes; 2. Malfunction or abnormal operating parameters of the fully automatic endoscope cleaning machine during the endoscopic cleaning process; 3. During the endoscopic decontamination process, it was discovered that the decontamination personnel violated the decontamination procedures
