研究目的：

（1）明确血清热休克蛋白70（HSP70）、甲胎蛋白异质体-3（AFP-L3）及磷脂酰肌醇聚糖-3（GPC3）表达水平与肝癌发生的关系。 （2）综合评价联合检测血清HSP70、AFP-L3及GPC3的表达水平在原发性肝癌诊断中的应用价值。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To investigate the relationship between the expression of Heat shock protein 70(HSP70), Alpha-fetoprotein (AFP-L3) and Phosphatidylinositol-3(GPC3) and the occurrence of hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC). (2) To evaluate the value of combined detection of Serum Hsp70, AFP-L3 and GPC3 in the diagnosis of primary liver cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合 2011 年《原发性肝癌诊疗规范》的 HCC 诊疗；
（2）影像学检查或肝穿病理初次明确诊断肝占位性病变；
（3）有明确的HBV感染病史；
（4）肝功能分级Child-pugh A级或B级；
（5）抗HCV阴性。

Inclusion criteria

(1) HCC diagnosis and treatment in accordance with the 2011"standard for diagnosis and treatment of Primary Liver Cancer" ;
(2) Imaging examination or liver biopsy for the first time confirmed the diagnosis of Liver space-occupying Lesions; (3) A clear history of HBV infection;
(4) Liver function classification, Child-pugh Grade A or grade B;
(5) Anti-HCV negative.

排除标准：

（1）肝转移癌；
（2）肝癌全身转移和/或伴有恶液质者；
（3）肝脏良性占位性病变；
（4）非HBV相关HCC者；
（5）入院前接受了手术、肿瘤相关药物等治疗；
（6）临床病例资料不完整者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Metastatic Carcinoma of the liver;
(2) Systemic metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma and / or presence of Cachexia;
(3) Benign space-occupying Lesions of the liver;
(4) Without HBV-associated HCC;
(5) Received surgery, tumor-related drugs and other treatment before admission;
(6) Incomplete clinical case data.
