阐明合并 Coats 样反应的 X 连锁青少年视网膜劈裂症（XLRS）的临床特征与遗传基础，并确定 de novo RS1 突变（c.275G>A）与重症表型之间的关联。  

Objectives of Study：

To delineate the clinical features and genetic basis of X-linked juvenile retinoschisis (XLRS) with concomitant Coats-like response, and to establish the association between the de novo RS1 mutation (c.275G>A) and a severe phenotype.

纳入标准：

于天津医科大学眼科医院临床诊断为XLRS的病人及其亲属；

Inclusion criteria

Patients clinically diagnosed with XLRS at Tianjin Medical University Eye Hospital.

排除标准：

诊断为其他疾病的患者；
