研究目的：

主要研究目的：评价手术室综合性护理配合方案对无管化肺结节手术患者术中及术后早期恢复（术中出血量、手术时长、术后麻醉复苏时长）的影响。 次要研究目的：1、评价该方案对患者术后并发症（如感染、压力性损伤）发生率的影响。2、评价该方案对患者术前焦虑状况及术后快速康复情况的影响。3、评估应用该方案后外科医生及患者对手术室护理工作的满意度。  

Objectives of Study：

Primary Research Objective: To evaluate the impact of the comprehensive nursing coordination protocol in the operating room on intraoperative and early postoperative recovery (including intraoperative blood loss, procedure duration, and post-anesthesia recovery time) in patients undergoing tubeless pulmonary nodule surgery.Secondary Research Objectives:1. To assess the impact of the protocol on the incidence of postoperative complications (e.g., infection, pressure injuries).2. To evaluate the effect of the protocol on patients' preoperative anxiety levels and postoperative enhanced recovery.3. To measure the satisfaction of both surgeons and patients with the operating room nursing care following the implementation of the protocol.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)年龄 18-75 岁； (2)在我院接受择期无管化胸腔镜肺结节楔形切除或肺段切除术； (3)临床病历资料完整。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age 18-75 years; (2) Undergoing elective non-intubated thoracoscopic wedge resection or segmentectomy for pulmonary nodules at our hospital; (3) Complete clinical medical records.

排除标准：

(1)术中中转气管插管 (2)合并严重心、 肺、 肝、 肾功能障碍者； (3)病历资料缺失或不全， 影响关键数据收集者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Intraoperative tracheal intubation transfer (2) Patients with severe heart, lung, liver, or kidney dysfunction; (3) Cases with missing or incomplete medical records, affecting the collection of key data.
