本研究旨在建立一个针对超重和肥胖人群的真实世界登记研究队列，重点关注基于NuSH减重治疗的实施。关键指标包括NuSH治疗方案，如剂量、治疗时间及其对持续性体重减轻的影响。此外，将系统跟踪研究减重治疗过程中身体成分和代谢参数的变化，并监测药物不良反应。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to establish a real-world registry cohort for overweight and obese individuals, with a focus on the implementation of NuSH-based therapeutics. Key aspects include treatment approaches such as dosing regimens, duration of therapy, and their impact on sustained weight loss. Additionally, the study will systematically track changes in body composition and metabolic parameters, as well as monitor adverse drug reactions.

纳入标准：

1. 超重或肥胖（体重指数BMI >= 24 kg/m2） 2. 年龄>=18岁 3. 自愿签署书面知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. Overweight or obese (BMI >= 24 kg/m2) 2. Aged >= 18 years of old 3. Willing to provide written informed consent

排除标准：

1.药物成瘾或酗酒 2.病情危重，无法配合研究方案 3.存在其他被研究者认为不适合参与本研究的情况，包括但不限于妊娠

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals with a history of substance use disorders, including drug addiction and alcoholism 2. Patients who are critically ill and unable to comply with the requirements of the study protocol 3. Participants with other circumstances deemed inappropriate for participation by the investigators, including but not limited to pregnancy
