研究目的：

本研究旨在通过系统分析急性A型主动脉夹层术前、术中及术后的临床指标，探究急性A型主动脉夹层术后发生脊髓损伤的独立危险因素，建立术后脊髓损伤的早期预测模型，已期进一步优化术后脊髓损伤的预防和治疗策略。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to systematically analyze preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative clinical indicators of acute type A aortic dissection to identify independent risk factors for postoperative spinal cord injury, establish an early prediction model for postoperative spinal cord injury, and ultimately optimize prevention and treatment strategies for this condition.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄>=18岁； 2.确诊为急性StanfordA型主动脉夹层并行急诊手术； 3.术后新发脊髓损伤（运动/感觉功能丧失，ASIA分级A-D级）； 4.影像学检查（MRI/CTA）证实脊髓缺血或周围血管受累； 5.已签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >=18 years old; 2. Diagnosed with acute Stanford A-type aortic dissection and undergoing emergency surgery; 3. Postoperative new-onset spinal cord injury (loss of motor/sensory function, ASIA grade A-D); 4. Imaging examinations (MRI/CTA) confirmed spinal cord ischemia or peripheral vascular involvement; 5. Those who have signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.术前已存在神经功能损伤（如脊髓损伤、脑卒中后遗症）； 2.脊髓损伤由非缺血性因素导致（外伤、肿瘤压迫、感染性脊髓炎等）； 3.术中直接损伤脊髓； 4.严重器官功能障碍（肝肾功能衰竭、心源性休克等）； 5.预期生存期＜30天（如晚期肿瘤、终末期疾病等）； 6.资料不全者； 7.生理期、妊娠期女性； 8.未签署知情同意书者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. There was already neurological function impairment before the operation (such as spinal cord injury, sequelae of stroke); 2. Spinal cord injury is caused by non-ischemic factors (such as trauma, tumor compression, infectious myelitis, etc.); 3. Direct injury to the spinal cord during the operation; 4. Severe organ dysfunction (liver and kidney failure, cardiogenic shock, etc.); 5. Expected survival period < 30 days (such as advanced tumors, end-stage diseases, etc.); 6. Those with incomplete information; 7. Women during menstruation and pregnancy; 8. Those who have not signed the informed consent form.
