研究目的：

1. 挖掘高血脂人群及健康人群中主要产TMA菌属丰度的不同 2. 明确高血脂人群与健康人群中产TMA菌属丰度与血清TMAO的相关性 3. 明确血清/粪便异黄酮类物质与产TMA菌属丰度、血清TMAO之间的相关性，并找出具有靶向调控产TMA菌属降低血清TMAO的异黄酮物质  

Objectives of Study：

1、Explore the differences in the abundance of major TMA-producing bacteria in hyperlipidemia and healthy populations 2. Clarify the correlation between the abundance of TMA bacteria in hyperlipidemia and healthy populations and serum TMAO 3. Clarify the correlation between serum/fecal isoflavonoids and the abundance of TMA-producing bacteria and serum TMAO, and identify isoflavonoids that have targeted regulation of TMA-producing bacteria to reduce serum TMAO

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.高血脂纳入标准：18岁~70 岁之间，诊断为高脂血症的患者； 2.健康人群纳入标准：18 岁~70 岁之间；男性体重≥50.0kg，女性体重≥45.0kg；体重指数（BMI）在19.0~26.0 kg/m2 范围内（包括临界值）；志愿者三年内无心血管、肝脏、肾脏、呼吸、血液和淋巴、 内分泌、免疫、精神、神经肌肉、胃肠道系统等慢性疾病史或严重疾病史，并且总体健康状况良好。

Inclusion criteria

1.Hyperlipidemia inclusion criteria: Patients between the ages of 18 and 70 who have been diagnosed with hyperlipidemia;
2.Inclusion criteria for healthy people:：Between the ages of 18 and 70; male weight ≥ 50.0kg, female weight ≥ 45.0kg; body mass index (BMI) within the range of 19.0 to 26.0 kg/m2 (including the critical value); volunteers without cardiovascular, liver, kidney, respiratory, blood and lymphatic, endocrine, immune, psychiatric, neuromuscular, gastrointestinal system and other chronic disease history or serious disease history within three years, and generally healthy and in good condition.

排除标准：

1)研究前1月食用膳食补充剂(ω-3 脂肪酸，益生菌，益生元，植物甾烷醇/甾醇)；
2)研究前2 个月内使用抗生素，止泻药，他汀类，贝特类等药物；
3)饮酒(每天> 2 杯)；
4)同时伴有炎症性肠病或肠易激综合征的高血脂患者及健康人；

Exclusion criteria：

1) Consumption of dietary supplements (omega-3 fatty acids, probiotics, prebiotics, phytosterols/sterols) 1 month before the study;
2) Use of antibiotics, antidiarrheal drugs, statins, fibrates and other drugs within 2 months before the study;
3) Alcohol consumption (> 2 cups per day);
4) Hyperlipidemia patients and healthy people with inflammatory bowel disease or irritable bowel syndrome.
