研究目的:

1 .评估 ICU 护士对 AI 技术应用的态度现状及影响因素。通过 ASUAITIN-C 量表测量态度倾向,分析人口学和工作特征对态度的差异化影响。 2 .基于质性研究,结合CFIR框架,识别阻碍 AI 技术在 ICU 护理中应用的关键障碍与促进方式。 3 .构建 ICU 护理 AI 技术实施策略框架。整合量化和质性研究结果,开发符合 ICU 工作特点和护士需求的 AI 实施策略。 4 .比较不同等级医院 ICU 护士对 AI 接受度的差异。探索三级医院与二级医院 ICU 在 AI 应用准备度上的差异,为资源分配提供依据。  

Objectives of Study:

1. Assess ICU nurses' current attitudes toward AI technology adoption and influencing factors. Measure attitude tendencies using the ASUAITIN-C scale, analyzing the differential impact of demographic and work characteristics on attitudes. 2. Identify key barriers and facilitators hindering AI technology implementation in ICU nursing through qualitative research, integrated with the CFIR framework. 3. Develop an implementation strategy framework for AI technology in ICU nursing. Integrate quantitative and qualitative findings to create AI implementation strategies tailored to ICU work characteristics and nursing needs. 4. Compare differences in AI acceptance among ICU nurses across hospitals of varying levels. Explore disparities in AI readiness between tertiary and secondary hospitals to inform resource allocation decisions.

纳入标准:

1. 专业资质要求: (1)注册护士,持有有效的护士执业证书; (2)当前在 ICU 临床一线从事直接护理工作; (3)在现 ICU 工作岗位工作时间≥1 年。 2.AI 暴露程度: (1)量化研究:对 AI 暴露程度不做限制,包括从完全无经验到日常使用者。 (2)质性研究:采用最大差异抽样策略,确保样本包含:AI 技术日常使用者(≥ 3 次/周);偶尔使用者(<3 次/周);接受过培训但未实际使用者;仅听说过 AI 概念者。 3 .工作特征: (1)包含不同 ICU 亚专科:综合 ICU、内科 ICU、外科 ICU、神外 ICU、心外 ICU 等; (2)包含不同工作时制:白班护士、夜班护士和轮班护士; (3)包含不同岗位角色:临床护士、护理组长、专科护士等。

Inclusion criteria

1. Professional Qualification Requirements: (1) Registered nurse holding a valid nursing license; (2) Currently engaged in direct patient care on the frontline of ICU clinical practice; (3) Minimum of 1 year of continuous service in the current ICU position. 2. AI Exposure Level: (1) Quantitative Study: No restrictions on AI exposure level, encompassing participants from those with no prior experience to daily users. (2) Qualitative Research: Employ maximum difference sampling to ensure the sample includes: daily users of AI technology (>=3 times/week); occasional users (<3 times/week); trained individuals who have not used AI in practice; and those who have only heard of AI concepts. 3. Job Characteristics: (1) Include various ICU subspecialties: general ICU, medical ICU, surgical ICU, neurosurgical ICU, cardiac surgery ICU, etc. (2) Include different work schedules: day shift nurses, night shift nurses, and rotating shift nurses; (3) Include different job roles: clinical nurses;

排除标准:

1.非直接护理提供者: (1)护理实习生、护理规培生或进修护士; (2)行政管理岗位的护理人员; (3)仅从事护理研究不参与临床的护士。 2. 特殊情况: (1)研究期间休长期病假、产假或进修超过 3 个月的护士; (2)近期(6 个月内)经历重大负性事件的护士。 (3)不愿接受录音记录的护士; (4)研究过程中中途退出或未完成主要访谈的护士。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Non-direct care providers: (1) Nursing interns, residents, or visiting nurses; (2) Nursing staff in administrative roles; 3) Nurses engaged solely in nursing research without clinical involvement. 2. Special circumstances: (1) Nurses on extended sick leave, maternity leave, or advanced training exceeding 3 months during the study period; (2) Nurses who have experienced significant adverse events within the past 6 months; (3) Nurses who decline audio recording; (4) Nurses who withdraw mid-study or fail to complete the primary interview.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

量化数据 (1)数据收集工具:采用在线问卷星平台收集 ASUAITIN-C 量表数据; (2)数据录入:在线问卷自动导出至 EXCEL 表格,避免转录错误;设置逻辑跳转和范围检查,减少输入错误;每周导出数据备份,记录导出日志; (3)数据追踪:采用唯一识别码系统;记录问卷完成进度,对未完成者发送提醒。 质性数据 (1)访谈记录:全程录音;现场笔记采用标准化模板,记录非言语信息;每场访谈后填写《访谈过程记录表》; (2)转录处理:转录文本去标识化,使用编号代替姓名; 双人核对转录准确性,差异处听取原录音确认; (3)数据整理:建立访谈数据库,包含元数据(日期、时长、参与者特征等);使用文件命名规则。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

Quantitative Data (1) Data Collection Tool: Utilized the online Questionnaire Star platform to collect ASUAITIN-C scale data; (2) Data Entry: Online questionnaires automatically exported to Excel spreadsheets to prevent transcription errors; implemented logical jumps and range checks to minimize input errors; weekly data backups with export logs maintained; (3) Data Tracking: Employed a unique identification code system; tracked questionnaire completion progress and sent reminders to non-respondents. Qualitative Data (1) Interview Records: Recorded all sessions; used standardized templates for field notes to capture nonverbal cues; completed the Interview Process Record Form after each session; (2) Transcription Processing: De-identify transcribed text by replacing names with codes; Double-check transcription accuracy through dual verification, resolving discrepancies by consulting original recordings; (3) Data Organization: Establish an interview database containing metadata (date, duration, participant characteristics, etc.); Adhere to file naming conventions.
