本研究旨在通过系统分析和综合评价已有的研究文献和实验调查，揭示妇科癌症患者焦虑对创伤后成长的影响，以及注意偏向和反刍性沉思在两者之间的作用。具体的研究目标如下： 一、通过系统文献综述和实验调查，分析妇科癌症患者焦虑对创伤后成长的影响。 二、探讨注意偏向和反刍性沉思在焦虑与创伤后成长之间的中介作用，揭示其机制。 三、分析临床妇科肿瘤患者的心理现状和问题，从积极心理学角度帮助临床医护工作者更好地引导患者进行心理调适，促进心理健康。 四、拓展积极心理学理论在临床患者中的应用，通过理论分析揭示焦虑对创伤后水平的影响机制，为未来开展相关心理干预（如注意偏向训练、正念疗法、认知行为疗法等）提供理论基础。 通过这些目标，本研究旨在完善相关理论，提供实证支持，并为临床实践和心理干预研究奠定坚实基础。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to reveal the impact of anxiety on post-traumatic growth in gynecological cancer patients, as well as the role of attentional bias and rumination between the two, through systematic analysis and comprehensive evaluation of existing research literature and experimental investigations. The specific research objectives are as follows: First, through a systematic literature review and experimental investigation, analyze the impact of anxiety on post-traumatic growth in gynecological cancer patients. Second, explore the mediating role of attentional bias and rumination between anxiety and post-traumatic growth, and reveal its mechanism. Third, analyze the current psychological status and problems of clinical gynecological tumor patients, and from the perspective of positive psychology, help clinical medical staff better guide patients to make psychological adjustments and promote mental health. Fourth, expand the application of positive psychology theories in clinical patients, reveal the mechanism by which anxiety affects post-traumatic levels through theoretical analysis, and provide a theoretical basis for future related psychological interventions (such as attentional bias training, mindfulness therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, etc.). Through these goals, this study aims to refine relevant theories, provide empirical support, and lay a solid foundation for clinical practice and psychological intervention research.

纳入标准：

1. 依据《FIGO 妇科恶性肿瘤指南》诊断为妇科癌症的患者； 2.年龄在 18 周岁以上； 3.意识清楚，具有基本沟通、读写能力； 4. 再被告知此项目研究范围和目的后自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients diagnosed with gynecological cancers according to the FIGO Guidelines for Gynecological Malignancies; 2. Be over 18 years old; 3. Be conscious and possess basic communication, reading and writing skills; 4. After being informed of the research scope and purpose of this project again, voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1. 合并有其他癌症或癌症转移者； 2. 病情不稳定，急剧恶化； 3. 存在认知精神障碍、意识不清者； 4. 预计生存期不足 3 个月。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Those with concurrent other cancers or cancer metastases; 2.The condition is unstable and deteriorates rapidly; 3.Those with cognitive mental disorders or unclear consciousness; 4.The estimated survival period is less than three months.
