研究目的：

（1）本研究旨在从多个角度评估上海市全科医生转岗培训的效果及全科医生岗位胜任力水平的变化，揭示其中的薄弱环节，为后续优化培训提供科学依据。 （2）本研究还将进一步探讨转岗后医生的职业发展情况，关注该群体在职业发展过程中面临的困境并提出针对性的策略。 （3）本研究将重点关注工作压力对全科转岗医生身心健康的影响，探究影响该人群身心健康的关键风险因素。  

Objectives of Study：

1.This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of general practitioner (GP) transfer training in Shanghai from multiple perspectives and to assess changes in the competency levels of GPs, thereby identifying weaknesses and providing scientific evidence for subsequent training optimization. 2.The study will further examine the career development trajectories of physicians after transferring to general practice, focusing on the challenges they encounter during their professional development and proposing targeted strategies. 3.The study will place particular emphasis on the impact of work-related stress on the physical and mental health of physicians who have transferred to general practice, and will explore the key risk factors affecting their well-being.

纳入标准：

1.过去曾参加全科转岗培训并取得结业证书；
2.获得知情同意；

Inclusion criteria

1.Previously participated in general practitioner (GP) transfer training and obtained a completion certificate; 2.Provided informed consent.

排除标准：

1.全科转岗培训结业考试未通过，目前继续参加培训的学员；
2.不愿意配合调查；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Trainees who failed the final examination of the GP transfer training program and are currently continuing their training.
2.Unwilling to cooperate with the survey.
