研究目的：

依托国家重大公共卫生专项—消化道肿瘤筛查项目、山东省癌症中心工作平台和各级医疗机构的临床资源，建设涵盖消化道肿瘤（食管癌、胃癌和结直肠癌）发生发展转归全过程人群的专病队列，以及与之对应的数据信息库和生物样本库，为开展消化道肿瘤疾病轨迹纵向研究提供支撑。  

Objectives of Study：

Building upon the national major public health project—the Gastrointestinal Cancer Screening Program—along with the Shandong Cancer Center's work platform and the clinical resources from medical institutions at various levels, the study aims to establish a specialized cohort that spans the entire process of gastrointestinal cancer development (including esophageal, gastric, and colorectal cancers). This will be complemented by creating a corresponding data repository and biological sample bank, which will support longitudinal studies on the disease trajectory of gastrointestinal cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.消化道肿瘤高发区40-74岁居民； 2.自愿参加研究并签署知情同意书； 3.精神正常，具备民事行为能力。

Inclusion criteria

1.Residents aged 40 to 74 in high-incidence areas of digestive tract tumors; 2. Voluntarily participate in the research and sign the informed consent form; 3. Mentally normal and capable of civil conduct.

排除标准：

1.明确诊断为消化道肿瘤或其他癌症的患者； 2.患有不能耐受内镜检查的严重疾病； 3.内镜检查禁忌症，如碘过敏。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with upper gastrointestinal cancer or other cancers 2. People with other serious illnesses that cannot tolerate endoscopy examination; 3. Contraindications for endoscopic screening (e.g. allergy to iodine solution or lidocaine).
