本研究旨在通过回顾性分析肝细胞癌(HCC)患者的临床数据， 探讨血清乳酸脱氢酶与白蛋白比值(LAR)在预测微血管侵犯(MVI) 中的价值及其对患者预后的影响  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to explore the value of the serum lactate dehydrogenase-to-albumin ratio (LAR) in predicting microvascular invasion (MVI) and its impact on patient prognosis by retrospectively analyzing the clinical data of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).

纳入标准：

（1）肝细胞肝癌的诊断通过病理检查确认 （2）随访数据和临床病理特征完整 （3）肝细胞患者接受了手术治疗

Inclusion criteria

(1) The diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma is confirmed through pathological examination. (2) The follow-up data and clinical pathological features are complete. (3) Patients with hepatocellular carcinoma received surgical treatment.

排除标准：

（1）数据不完整 （2）没有接受手术治疗 （3）肿瘤伴随远处转移

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Incomplete data. (2) No surgical treatment received. (3) The tumor has metastasized to distant sites.
