研究目的：

主要目的：明确CPB术后患儿ALI的发生情况与临床特征，探讨CPB术后NETs变化及其与LIRI发生的关系及与临床结局的相关性 次要目的：评估NETs作为体外循环心脏手术术后LIRI预测生物标志物的潜在价值。  

Objectives of Study：

Primary Objective: To characterize the incidence and clinical features of acute lung injury (ALI) in pediatric patients after cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB), and to investigate postoperative changes in neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs), their association with lung ischemia-reperfusion injury (LIRI), and their correlation with clinical outcomes. Secondary Objective: To evaluate the potential value of NETs as predictive biomarkers for LIRI following CPB-assisted cardiac surgery in children.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄＜16岁的儿童患者； 2.拟接受体外循环（cardiopulmonary bypass, CPB）支持下行先天性心脏病外科手术者； 3.法定监护人签署知情同意书，接受采血及资料使用； 4.术后具备完整的临床数据及实验室检测记录，包括术后血气、影像学检查和血液标本采集资料。

Inclusion criteria

1. Pediatric patients under 16 years of age; 2. Those scheduled to undergo congenital heart surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) support; 3. Legal guardians have signed the informed consent form and agreed to blood collection and the use of medical data; 4. Complete clinical and laboratory records are available postoperatively, including postoperative blood gas analysis, imaging examinations, and blood sample collection data.

排除标准：

1.数据不全的患者; 2.早产儿（胎龄小于36周）; 3.合并肝肾功能不全的患者; 4.染色体严重异常; 5.术前已出现肺部炎症、心功能不全导致肺水肿、术后需要体外膜肺氧合支持; 6.术前已行机械通气.

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with incomplete data; 2. Premature infants (gestational age less than 36 weeks); 3. Patients with liver and kidney dysfunction; 4. Severe chromosomal abnormalities; 5. Preoperative pulmonary inflammation, heart failure leading to pulmonary edema, or requiring postoperative extracorporeal membrane oxygenation support; 6. Patients who have undergone mechanical ventilation before surgery.
