本研究为探索性研究，旨在筛选GI-aGVHD 相关的潜在诊断和预后生物标志物奠定初步基础和提供线索。  

Objectives of Study：

This study is an exploratory one, aiming to lay a preliminary foundation and provide clues for screening potential diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers related to GI-aGVHD.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1.2025 年 9 月-2027 年 9 月，本中心 18-50 岁，异基因造血干细胞移植后诊断为 GI-aGVHD 患者为病例组，异基因造血干细胞移植后非GI-aGVHD 患者为对照组； 2.自愿参与本研究，并签署知情同意书； 3.无严重全身重要脏器功能损害者：（1）肌酐＜1.5mg/dl；（2）白蛋白>=2g/dl；（3）心脏射血指数>50%；（4）血红素>9g/dL，胆红素＜2.0mg/dl； 4.血常规、肝肾功、凝血常规无异常； 5.无其他肠道活检的禁忌症。

Inclusion criteria

1. From September 2025 to September 2027, patients aged 18-50 years old who were diagnosed with GI-aGVHD after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation were selected as the case group, and patients without GI-aGVHD after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation were selected as the control group. 2. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign informed consent; 3. Wthout serious damage of vital organs: (1) creatinine < 1.5mg/dl; (2) albumin>=2g/dl; (3) cardiac ejection index >50%; (4) heme >9g/dL, bilirubin < 2.0mg/dl; 4. Blood routine, liver and kidney function, coagulation routine were normal; 5. There were no other contraindications to intestinal biopsy.

排除标准：

1.存在药物或血小板低下所致活动性出血，临床上未控制的活动性感染；
2.孕妇或哺乳期妇女；
3.严重心、肾或肝功能不全；
4.药物相关或其他粘膜疾病和肠道疾病、糖尿病；
5.在脑功能紊乱的临床症状或严重的精神性疾病不能理解或遵从研究方案；
6.具有严重的急性过敏反应的患者；
7.研究人员认为其他原因不适合临床试验者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.active bleeding caused by drugs or low platelets, and active infection that has not been controlled clinically;
2.Pregnant or lactating women;
3.Severe insufficiency of heart, kidney or liver function;
4.Drug-related or other mucosal diseases and intestinal diseases, diabetes;
5.In cases of clinical symptoms of brain function disorder or severe mental illness, one cannot understand or comply with the research protocol;

7.Researchers believe that other reasons are not suitable for clinical trials;
