1. 主要目的：了解成人癫痫患者经济毒性现状 2. 次要目的：了解成人癫痫患者经济毒性的影响因素  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main purpose: To understand the current status of economic toxicity among adult epilepsy patients 2. Secondary purpose: To understand the influencing factors of economic toxicity among adult epilepsy patients

纳入标准：

1.符合2001年国际抗癫痫联盟癫痫诊断和分类标准。 2.年龄18岁。 3.具有良好的语言表达能力和读写能力，能够进行有效沟通。 4.知情同意，自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Complies with the 2001 International League Against Epilepsy (ILAE) diagnostic and classification criteria for epilepsy. 2. Age >=18. 3. Has good language expression and reading/writing abilities, able to communicate effectively. 4. Informed consent, volunteers to participate in this study.

排除标准：

1.存在严重认知障碍。 2.合并严重并发症和器质性障碍者。 3.正在参加及近期参加其他类似研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Presence of severe cognitive impairment. 2. Patients with serious complications and organic disorders. 3. Those currently participating or having recently participated in other similar studies.
