研究目的：

通过分析统计患儿性别、年龄、体重、手术名称、手术时长、术中输液量、术中输注血制品量、是否低体温、孕周、出生体重等因素，得出新生儿手术中低体温的影响因素，为改善新生儿术中低体温发生率提供临床依据  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to identify the factors influencing hypothermia during neonatal surgery by analyzing and statistically evaluating factors such as the patient's gender, age, weight, type of surgery, duration of surgery, intraoperative fluids, blood products, presence of hypothermia, gestational age, and birth weight, providing a clinical basis to reduce the incidence of intraoperative hypothermia in neonates.

纳入标准：

1.在本院接受新生儿手术的患儿；
2.术前体温正常；

Inclusion criteria

1.The neonates who underwent surgery in our hospital;
2.The body temperature is normal before the operation;

排除标准：

1.出生28d内死亡；
2.术前体温异常；
3.凝血功能异常；

Exclusion criteria：

1.neonatal deaths;
2.Abnormal body temperature before surgery;
3.Abnormal coagulation function;
