研究目的：

主要目的：探究益生菌菌株的改善皮肤衰老的功效，为抗皮肤衰老益生菌产品开发提供理论基础。 次要目的：比较益生菌干预前后粪便菌群及其代谢物的变化，以及血液中氧化应激相关指标和代谢物的改变，进而探究该益生菌菌株改善皮肤衰老的作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

Main Objective: To explore the efficacy of probiotic strains in improving skin aging, and to provide theoretical basis for the development of anti-skin aging probiotic products. Secondary objective: To compare the changes of fecal flora and its metabolites before and after probiotic intervention, as well as the changes of oxidative stress-related indexes and metabolites in blood, so as to explore the mechanism of this probiotic strain to improve skin aging.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、年龄范围为30-50岁的健康女性； 2、皮肤状态良好、无任何形式的过敏与炎症等表征； 3、未进行改善皮肤等相关治疗； 4、自愿参与研究并签署知情同意书； 5、角质层含水量≤50、弹性≤0.6

Inclusion criteria

1. Healthy women in the age range 30-50 years; 2. The skin is in good condition, without any signs of allergy and inflammation; 3. No skin improvement and other related treatment; 4. Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent; 5. Cuticle water content <=50, elasticity <=0.6

排除标准：

1、在皮肤上有任何形式的过敏表征； 2、正在进行皮肤改善等有关治疗； 3、入组前3个月进行过医美或任何类别的皮肤外科治疗； 4、有遗传病史、作息紊乱、饮食辛辣等不良习惯。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Any form of allergy on the skin; 2. Ongoing skin improvement and other related treatments; 3. Medical beauty or any type of skin surgical treatment within 3 months before enrollment; 4. Have genetic history, work and rest disorder, spicy diet and other bad habits.
