研究目的:

拟通过建立研究队列,对口腔黏膜癌变不同阶段的临床样本进行多基因甲基化检测,并应用多种AI工具,构建口腔黏膜癌变风险评估模型,继而通过内外部验证,进一步评价和比较各模型的诊断效能,旨在构建诊断效能更优的多基因甲基化口腔黏膜癌变风险评估模型。  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to construct a risk assessment model for oral carcinogenesise by applying various AI tools and performing multi-gene methylation detection on clinical samples from different stages of oral carcinogenesis in a research cohort. Subsequently, through internal and external validation, we will evaluate and compare the diagnostic performance of different models, aiming to developing an optimized multi-gene methylation-based risk assessment model for oral mucosal carcinogenesis with superior diagnostic efficacy.

纳入标准:

1.临床诊断为口腔白斑病、口腔红斑病、口腔扁平苔藓、口腔黏膜下纤维性变等口腔潜在恶性疾患患者,口腔癌待查患者,可在智齿拔除术或整形手术中获取多余正常口腔黏膜者; 2.可接受组织病理学检查,病理表现为正常口腔黏膜、上皮单纯增生、轻度上皮异常增生、中-重度上皮异常增生、口腔鳞癌五分类任一类型者; 3.对本项目知情同意并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients clinically diagnosed with oral leukoplakia, oral erythroplakia, oral lichen planus, oral submucous fibrosis, or other potentially malignant oral disorders, as well as patients with suspected oral cancer, from whom extra normal oral mucosa can be obtained during wisdom tooth extraction or reconstructive surgery; 2. Willing to undergo histopathological examination, with pathology showing any of the five categories: normal oral mucosa, simple epithelial hyperplasia, mild epithelial dysplasia, moderate-to-severe epithelial dysplasia, or oral squamous cell carcinoma; 3. Understand the project and provide informed consent by signing the consent form.

排除标准:

1.凝血功能障碍者。

There were 92 patients whose histopathological diagnosis was epithelial dysplasia or oral squamous cell carcinoma; 138 patients had a histopathological diagnosis of normal oral mucosa, inflammation, or other lesions without epithelial dysplasia.
