研究目的：

建立针对肝胆胰外科癌症患者的营养评估体系，并通过营养干预改善肝胆胰外科癌症患者的恶病质情况  

Objectives of Study：

Establish a nutritional assessment system for cancer patients in hepato-biliary-pancreatic surgery and improve cachexia through nutritional interventions.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄>=18岁； 2.肝胆胰外科癌症行 4 级根治性手术者 3.能经口进食； 4.自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Patients undergoing level 4 radical surgery for liver, bile duct, and pancreatic cancer; 3. Able to eat orally; 4. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.严重心肝肾等器官功能障碍； 2.严重认知功能障碍不能配合干预； 3.过敏体质，特别对鱼油过敏； 4.研究者不适合参加试验的其他原因。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe dysfunction of the heart, liver, kidneys, or other organs; 2. Severe cognitive impairment preventing cooperation with interventions; 3. Allergic constitution, particularly allergy to fish oil; 4. Other reasons deemed by the researcher that make participation in the trial unsuitable.
