本研究的研究目的:(1)通过本研究揭示当前高水平赛艇男子单人艇运动员肢体结构和功能不对称现状,分析造成肢体不对称的原因。(2)通过本研究对偏载训练的生理机制进行进一步探究,后结合当前高水平赛艇男子单人艇运动员肢体不对称现状和专家访谈设计一套系统的适用于高水平赛艇男子单人艇运动员的偏载训练方案,并加入日常训练中实施长期干预。(3)通过本研究探讨偏载训练长期干预对高水平赛艇男子单人艇运动员的肢体不对称的直接影响及对专项运动表现的间接影响。  

Objectives of Study:

The research objective of this study is: (1) To reveal the current situation of asymmetry in the limb structure and function of high-level male single rowers through this study, and to analyze the causes of limb asymmetry. (2) Through this study, the physiological mechanism of eccentric loading training was further explored. Then, in combination with the current situation of limb asymmetry among high-level male single rowers and expert interviews, a systematic eccentric loading training program suitable for high-level male single rowers was designed and incorporated into daily training for long-term intervention. (3) Through this study, the direct impact of long-term intervention of eccentric loading training on the limb asymmetry of high-level male single rowers and its indirect impact on the performance of specific sports are explored.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

(1)赛艇男子单人艇运动员;(2),16-35岁;(3)运动等级为一级及以上;(4)6个月内无影响正常训练的运动损伤。

Inclusion criteria

1.Male single rowers; 2.Aged 16 to 35; 3.The sports grade is level one or above; 4.There have been no sports injuries that affect normal training within six months.

排除标准:

(1)当前肌肉骨骼疼痛或功能障碍;(2)影响运动控制的神经系统疾病;(3)使用影响神经肌肉功能的增能剂或药物;(4)研究期间无法保持一致的训练计划。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Current musculoskeletal pain or functional impairment; 2. Neurological disorders affecting motor control; 3. Use of ergogenic aids or medications that may influence neuromuscular function; 4. Inability to maintain a consistent training regimen throughout the study period.

In this study, the random sequence will be generated using a random number table method or a computer-generated pseudo-random number generator to ensure the random allocation of participants. After the pre-experiment evaluation, eligible participants will be randomly assigned to either the experimental group or the control group, ensuring balance between the groups on key variables such as physical fitness and performance. The randomization process will be conducted by an independent researcher and implemented through a double-blind method to ensure fairness in allocation and the reliability of the results.
