研究目的：

本项目将结合细胞实验、动物模型及临床试验，研究肥胖对肾移植患者缺血再灌注肾损伤的影响及机制，寻找安全有针对性的干预及治疗措施，降低肥胖患者发生缺血再灌注肾损伤的风险和改善其预后。  

Objectives of Study：

This project will combine cell experiments, animal models and clinical trials to study the effect and mechanism of obesity on ischemia-reperfusion kidney injury in kidney transplant patients, and find safe and targeted interventions and treatment measures to reduce the risk of ischemia-reperfusion kidney injury and improve the prognosis of obese patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①　年龄18-65岁。 ②　接受肾移植手术的患者。 ③　肥胖组：BMI ≥ 28 kg/m2；非肥胖组：BMI < 28 kg/m2。 ④　签署知情同意书，自愿参与研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age 18-65 years old. (2) Patients who have undergone kidney transplantation. (3) Obese group: BMI >= 28 kg/m^2; Non-obese group: BMI < 28 kg/m^2. (4) Sign the informed consent form and voluntarily participate in the study.

排除标准：

①　合并其他器官移植（如肝移植、胰脏移植）。 ②　移植前存在恶性肿瘤或活动性感染。 ③　移植后无法规律随访或依从性差。 ④　妊娠或哺乳期女性。 ⑤　移植前存在严重心血管疾病（如心衰、心肌梗死）。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Combined with other organ transplantation (such as liver transplantation, pancreas transplantation). (2) Presence of malignancy or active infection prior to transplantation. (3) Inability to follow up regularly or poor compliance after transplantation. (4) Pregnant or lactating females. (5) Severe cardiovascular disease (such as heart failure, myocardial infarction) before transplantation.
