研究目的：

1.评估尿液氨基酸在不同泌尿系统疾患患者中的代谢特征，及其在早期筛查、疾病分期和预后管理中的相关性； 2.构建并验证适用于中国人群的尿液氨基酸参考范围，用于提升尿液氨基酸在健康人群疾病筛查的精准度。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To evaluate the metabolic profiles of urinary amino acids in patients with different urological disorders and their relevance in early screening, disease staging and prognostic management; 2.To construct and validate a reference range of urinary amino acids applicable to the Chinese population, which can be used to improve the accuracy of urinary amino acids in disease screening in healthy populations.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

病例组： 1.成人（>=18 岁），疑似或新确诊或曾接受过治疗的泌尿系统疾患患者（包括前列腺、肾、膀胱肿瘤、炎症或其他疾患）； 2.愿意并能够为前瞻性数据收集提供知情同意书（或为回顾性数据使用提供现有同意书）。 正常健康人群： 1.成人（>=18 岁），未罹患良恶性肿瘤； 2.体检合格，无重要器官功能障碍； 3.肾功能正常，无蛋白尿。

Inclusion criteria

Case Group 1.Adults (aged 18 or above), suspected or newly diagnosed or previously treated patients with urinary system disorders (including prostate, kidney, bladder tumors, inflammation or other disorders); 2. Willing and able to provide informed consent for the collection of prospective data (or provide existing consent for the use of retrospective data). Healthy and normal population Adults (aged 18 or above), without suffering from benign or malignant tumors; 2. Pass the physical examination and have no dysfunction of major organs; 3. Normal renal function and no proteinuria.

1.无法或不愿提供影像学资料或相关临床记录。
2.同时参与另一项不允许共享数据的研究试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Unable or unwilling to provide imaging or relevant clinical records;
2.Also participating in another research trial that does not allow sharing of data.
