研究目的：

针对综合医院焦虑障碍常见类型-广泛性焦虑障碍患者，进行磁刺激治疗新靶点研究，探讨临床有效性和神经机制，为优化rTMS治疗提供方案。  

Objectives of Study：

For patients with common types of anxiety disorders in general hospitals—specifically generalized anxiety disorder—conduct research on new targets for magnetic stimulation treatment, explore clinical efficacy and neural mechanisms, and provide strategies to optimize rTMS therapy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

18-60周岁；符合DSM-5关于广泛性焦虑障碍的诊断标准；存在明显焦虑症状：HAMA总分>14分；近2周未服用可以调节情绪或睡眠的药物，或已服用但近1个月内剂量和种类保持稳定。

Inclusion criteria

18-60 years old; Meets the diagnostic criteria of DSM-5 for generalized anxiety disorder; There are obvious anxiety symptoms: HAMA total score>14 points; have not taken any medication that can regulate emotions or sleep in the past 2 weeks, or have taken medication but the dosage and type have remained stable within the past month.

排除标准：

合并双相情感障碍、精神分裂症等精神疾病；合并神经系统疾病；合并严重躯体疾病；颅脑外伤或手术史；EEG检查或TMS禁忌；妊娠或哺乳期。

Exclusion criteria：

Comorbidities of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and other mental illnesses; neurological disorders; History of traumatic brain injury or surgery; EEG examination or TMS contraindications; Pregnancy or lactation period.
